Plastic Enclosure design

Cube3 were asked to design a modular enclosure for a range of room thermostats and smart room controllers.  The challenge on this project was managing the variations required.  Some models have dials, switches and screens, some have dials only etc.

The other challenge was to enable the unit to be screwed to the wall and then for the covers to be snapped into place with no further fixings.

Cube3 completed the design on time and within budget.  The client was very happy with the final solution and the product went on to become a great success.
