Jig Design for Production

Cube3 have been commissioned to take over the design and supply of production jigs and fixtures for Olympus Keymed.  This ongoing project is for the continued development and installation of bespoke assembly equipment to aid in the smooth and effortless assembly of medical trolleys.  Each trolley is assembled onto a mobile rig lying on its back and tilted back on to its wheels at the end of production.  Other projects also completed include a platform lift for inspection and various welding jigs.
