The brief for this project was to update the current 9460 and 9470 remote area lighting products to improve light output, connectivity, robustness and ease of use.

Initial concepts were created to explore pole mounting options, type and position of connections and configurations for user interaction. Cube 3 went on to develop the product to a production ready level.

The 9460 and 9470 RALS are used by the military, rescue teams, emergency services and the rail industry for remote applications where power and light are a problem.
